Come and practice during four and a half days in Pau, south west of France. Have the oportunity of your free afternoons to visit the Bearn, The the Pyrenees mountain range, Pau and its history...

Mornings will be focused on empty hand work, and afternoons will be dedicated to the practice of Saotome Sensei's weapons work.

SHIATSU WORKSHOP

 

Thursday evening, the class will be replaced by a shiatsu massage workshop

led by Catherine Hincelin Massalsky, 

professional physiotherapist, trainer and coach.

 

For this workshop, please bring a beach towel.
